Your pack shipment
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment via DPD with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by DPD with required signature, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of which shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling charges are flat rate, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you combine your items into one order. It is not possible to combine two separate orders and the shipping charges will be calculated for each individual order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
